1076 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1076 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1076 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any additional policies displayed on the platform.
Use of the 1076 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration.
- You are a Malaysian resident or citizen, or are accessing the platform from a location where such activity is permitted under local law.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from using online gambling services.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from 1076.
If you do not meet any of the eligibility requirements above, or do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 1076 platform.
The 1076 platform is for adult entertainment only. Use by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and further action.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed to have one account only on the 1076 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
1076 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary restriction or termination of account access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own, unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to 1076.
You are advised to use a strong password, not share your login credentials with anyone, and log out of your account after each session — especially on shared devices.
Platform Terms of Use
Users of the 1076 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability in the gaming or payment systems.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, data, or other users' accounts.
1076 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1076 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained from legitimate sources.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local e-wallets, internet banking transfers via FPX, and interbank QR payments. 1076 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Any deposit made with fraudulent intent may be blocked and reported.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold and may require identity verification before processing. 1076 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance review purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that recipient account details are accurate — 1076 will not be held liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect details provided by the user.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once a bet or game transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional and verifiable circumstances, at the sole discretion of 1076. Any chargebacks arising from card theft or third-party fraud involving your account must be reported immediately.

No currency conversion or hidden charges. Account balances are displayed entirely in RM.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The 1076 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays.
1076 is not liable for:
- Winnings lost due to technical disruptions or failures in the user's internet connection.
- Any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of savings arising from use of the platform.
- Acts or omissions by third-party game software providers used within the platform.
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
1076's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
1076 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Prior to account closure due to a policy breach, 1076 will endeavour to notify the user, except where advance notice may compromise an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1076 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 1076 or our licensed suppliers. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1076 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if unsuccessful, referred to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
